Tumblr girls are pretty popular recently (or maybe it’s just me) and I thought I’d do a post about how to look like them!
I was wondering if this increased the number of girls who want to be on tumblr now.

There are 2 types of tumblr girls. The grunge ones, and the “natural beauty” ones.
I’m using quotation marks because I feel like I might be praising them too much of I really say that they have natural beauty. I’m not saying that they aren’t pretty though!

MAKEUP.
I’m going to try to re-create the “natural beauty” version.
Tumblr girls have bright eyes, perfect matte skin and natural lip color.

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup. (Click here.)
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation. (Click here.)
Unlike the CoverGirl foundation, the rest give a dewy finish, but this can be mattified with powder! All of the foundations mentioned are amazing. However I feel as though that all tumblr girls use the CoverGirl one.

L’Oreal True Match Powder. (Click here.)
CoverGirl Professional Loose Powder. (Click here.)
e.l.f Studio Loose Powder with SPF 45. (Click here.)
It’s important to use powder especially if you tend to get oily. Tumblr girls seem to have perfect flawless skin, so it isn’t pretty when you get all oily!
Those girls have pretty defined and full eyebrows. So it’s very important to fill them in!

Maybelline Define-A-Brow Eyebrow Pencil. (Click here.)
Milani Easy Brow Automatic Pencil. (Click here.)
You’ll have to fill in your brows well with no “empty” spots and a nice arch. Not as strong as Demi’s, but better than the average brow.
You can get away with no eyeshadow because you’re going for the natural look, so a full blown smokey eye wouldn’t be needed.
However if you feel uncomfortable about it, you can use a light colored eyeshadow on your lids and a darker color in the crease for more definition.
Remember, neutral colors!

Just any neutral colors that aren’t too dark will do fine.
Almost every girl has eyeliner. Winged or whatever, it’s still pretty noticeable.
Maybelline EyeStudio Gel Eyeliner. (Click here.)
This is great for those who want a winged liner, but still an overall great eyeliner for any type you like.
Rimmel Scandal Eyes Eyeliner. (Click here.)
L’Oreal Infallible Super Slim Liner. (Click here.)
I feel as though gel and liquid eyeliners are amazing for a winged effect, and a pencil/felt tip eyeliner is perfect for a thick line / a normal thin line to make your eyes seem bigger.
They have really long eyelashes!

Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies Mascara. (Click here.)
Maybelline Volum’ Express The Flasies Flared Mascara. (Click here.)
I feel as though Maybelline does really amazing mascaras.
Lashes are long and thick, so if your mascara only does one of them, feel free to layer on another mascara.

Maybelline The MegaPlush Mascara. (Click here.)
Some of them have that healthy glow, so if you don’t have those pink cheeks, use blush!
Revlon PhotoReady Cream Blush in Flushed. (Click here.)
Cream blushes give a much more natural finish.
NYX Rouge Cream Blush. (Click here.)
These 3 colors seem to give that healthy pink glow.
Some girls have a tanned / sun kissed look, so if you prefer that, use a bronzer!
Rimmel Natural Bronzer. (Click here.)
Rimmel Sun Shimmer Shimmering Maxi Bronzer. (Click here.)
Maybelline Fit Me! Bronzer. (Click here.)
Apply the bronzer all over the apples of your cheek, your temples and jaw line. This will give an illusion that you’ve been spending time in the sun and give you a nice healthy, sporty look.
Feel free to layer on a blush if you like.
Their lip colors are either nude / a bright pop of color.
