If you don’t follow me on Instagram, (which you probably should – @Snickeriggles pssst) you wouldn’t have seen the few outfits that I’ve created and put together.
No one ever reads the long captions below the photos, so I figured I’d give an explanation / idea to all of you!

Let’s call this… Classy Queen.
Cut-out crop top : Close enough!
Maxi Skirt : Here.
Shoes : Here.
Bag : Here.
Bracelets : Here.
Necklace : Here.
Perfume : Here.
Lipstick : Styletto.
Phew, I didn’t see where I saved the pictures from so I had such a hard time finding each link.
Anyways, this was inspired by rockstar / elegant ladies that I’ve seen, that has some grungy vibe to it.
With a simple top + bottom, go all out with the accessories. Get your bling blings and layer on either bracelets or necklaces. A thick necklace would do particularly well with a plain top, as it’ll instantly glam up the simple shirt.

I honestly can’t remember where half the items on here came from.
Tribal bralet + baggy pants + Lady Gaga’s perfume + studded clutch + Essie nail polish + stack rings + cat eye shades + Jeffrey Campbell shoes.
It’s a very rocker / punk feel that’s for the swagger jagger.
A short and “showy” top would balance well with a fully covered pants that’s baggy. It’ll balance the promiscuity of the overall look.
Gold will instantly funk-ify the outfit and give a slight classy vibe.

The current trend! Kimono cardigans.
I personally feel that a plain crop top / normal top and a pair of plain denim shorts will go well with the kimono cardigan as it’s usually colored and patterned, so the simplicity of the top and bottom would balance out the whirl on the cardigan.
The plain messenger bag is structured and would balance how flowy the cardigan is.

Putting all these outfits together makes me realise how pathetic my wardrobe is.
I swear, it’s time for a wardrobe revamp. I’ll take out the clothes I won’t wear and probably donate them to the Salvation Army.

Alright, hope you’ve enjoyed this post and stay tuned for my next post!
