Post Workout Activities!

I’ve been pretty interested in fitness stuff recently because I’m trying to lead a healthier lifestyle and get the body that I’ve always wanted, just in time for the New Year! Thus this will explain the lifestyle related posts.

So I just had my workout, and personally, I have a tendency to binge after a workout because I feel like I have the “right” to do so since I’ve burnt those calories off in the gym.

BUT NO. That’s something you shouldn’t do because all the hard work in the gym will be wasted.

FOR PECKERS :

So if you’re feeling a little peckish, opt for fruits. They’re nutritious and low in calories, safe!

Perhaps half an apple with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, tastes a little like apple pie, without the calories of course.

A fruit salad is an excellent choice, don’t go crazy on the amount of fruits though! Berry salad is super – rich in antioxidants and low in calories.

A small cup of fruit smoothie will do the job as well.
•100g of banana, diced.
•100g of strawberries, sliced
•the juice of 1 quarter of a lemon (for a citrus taste, optional.)
Throw everything into a blender and voila!

If you’re not into food and just want to be clean :

Pamper yourself! What I love to do is take a long cold shower. I’ll clear my mind and just make sure I’m pristine from top to toe.

Exfoliate! Your face and body, get rid of all the sweat, dirt and dead skin that is clinging on so stubbornly. You’ll feel amazing after this, fresh and anew!

Take your time and I’ll assure you, you’ll feel amazing. Clean and refreshed, so pumped to carry on with the rest of the day.
