Healthy Omelette!

Those days where you don’t know what to eat, you don’t feel like making something elaborate. But at the same time, simple items aren’t that tasty, right? Wrong!

Here’s a recipe for something super simple and easy to cook. It’ll take 15 minutes max for preparation and cooking!

Ingredients :
•One thin slice of honey baked ham, diced.
•A handful of white button mushroom, sliced.
•2 egg whites, beaten.
• a sprinkle of pepper.
•2 small cubes of cheese spread, diced. (optional)
•1 teaspoon of olive oil.
• 3 tablespoons of miso soup. (Or a seasoning of your choice)

Steps :

1) Mix the mushroom, ham, miso soup and egg together, mix it with a fork.
2) Heat a pan and add the olive oil. If you’re using a non-stick pan, skip this step!
3) once the oil has heated up, pour the egg mixture over the pan and wait till it bubbles before flipping it over. It’s alright if it tears, scrambled eggs it’ll be!
4) once fully cooked (there will be no more watery substance), transfer it onto a plate, sprinkle the pepper on top and add the cheese while it’s hot.
5) sit back and enjoy!

This is super simple and the ingredients can be substituted for tomatoes or capsicums. Best part? The total calories count is approximately 150!
